Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
  A: We cannot accept cancellations or changes once you ordered your item(s).
After it orders, it is not possible to cancel basically.

Q: I want to exchange,or return the ordered things.
  A: Returned or change goods by customer's personal idea is not accepted.
Please order after often making the size and the color of the commodity sure when ordering.


Especially, the commodity exchange cannot be received as follows even if there is a problem in the quality of the commodity. Please acknowledge it.
1)Commodity used once
2)Commodity that touches worn panties, stockings, and lower half of the bodies directly
3)The one that tag of commodity was removed
4)Commodity to which customer is damaged, and stained
5)Sale price commodity like outlet etc.
